Our favorite way to spend the day!

The end of summer is coming and we are using some of the beautiful evenings to enjoy our local swimming pool. Chris joined the girls in the lazy river (the water was too cold for me!). It was a gorgeous evening!

Amelia has taken to the water so well this year! She's in Level 400 in her swim lessons! She has just levels 500 and 600 to go before she is done with lessons. Then, she can decide if she wants to join the swim team.

Mira will be trying out for the swim team in a couple of weeks! She is almost done with Level 600 swim lessons and is then done with lessons. The Life Time Fitness swim team is the next step and Mira expressed great interest in trying out. She's hoping to make the team in September, but if she doesn't, she'll practice this winter and try again in April. Wish her luck!

Daniel Jason Reid

Martha and Bob's anniversary party!

Yesterday, my siblings, their spouses, Chris, and I threw a 45th birthday party for my parents. It was the most wonderful day! Great food, the best cake ever, family and friends. I think Mom and Dad were really happy with the turnout. So many memories were made that day.

 The grandkids practiced all month and sang "Going to the Chapel" for the guests.

 Kelly gave a wonderful heartfelt speech that had Mom in tears.

Thanks so much to all of you who took the time to drive near and far for this celebration. Mom and Dad were overwhelmed at the love in that room yesterday. We appreciate all of your efforts and congratulations!

and here is our newest member of the family: Daniel Jason Reid.  the 40th Great Grandchild of Edna and Orlando..  5 simple words started it all:  "I love you" and "I DO".   How truly blesses we are!

Throughout his banking career, Scheffler has served in a variety of capacities. He most recently served as senior business relationship manager at Wells Fargo Bank in Bloomington, but has been a part of Wells Fargo teams in Northfield and the greater Twin Cities metropolitan area. Scheffler also spent some time with M&I Bank in Wisconsin.
