Jeff completes the Olympic Triathlon at Rochesterfest

Jeff participated in the Triathlon at Rochesterfest this past weekend. He has been training for a better part of this year and did an amazing job. I would have drown halfway across the lake- but that's another story. Let me break it down for you:

Here's Jeff ready to take off into the water- he is #911- Sara and I were not sure if that was a good sign or not.

I lost a visual for a while- but he's in there somewhere

Coming around the lake finishing his first lap

Out he comes

Looping back into the water for lap #2 around the lake

Here I would have crawled out of the water- But not Jeff- still going strong

Now the 26 mile bike ride

And coming in after the 6 mile run.

Jeff's final time was 2 hours and 48 minutes. He did an amazing job and we are all so very proud of him.
Now, Jeff, you can sit back relax and have a beer.
